The withdrawal table, as the operator publishes it
The payments page shows deposits and withdrawals as two tables with the same columns: method, type, fee, processing time, limit. This is the withdrawal side on 29 September 2026, with the operator’s figures in its base currencies; the FAQ says the “currency equivalent” applies to Australian dollars.
| Method | Type | Fee (operator’s column) | Time (operator’s column) | Min (EUR) | Max per transaction (EUR) |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Inpay | bank transfer | free | instant | 200 | 4,000 |
| Fixipay | bank transfer | free | instant | 200 | 4,000 |
| Skrill | e-wallet | free | instant | 20 | 4,000 |
| Neteller | e-wallet | free | instant | 20 | 4,000 |
| MuchBetter | e-wallet | free | instant | 20 | 4,000 |
| MiFinity | e-wallet | free | instant | 20 | 2,500 |
| Credit card | card | free | instant | 20 | 4,000 |
| Bitcoin | crypto | free | instant | 0.0002 BTC | 0.12 BTC |
| USDT | crypto | free | instant | 20 | 4,000 |
| Ether, Litecoin, Bitcoin Cash, XRP, Doge, BNB, USDC | crypto | free | instant | per coin | per coin |
Three things the table does not say out loud. “Instant” is the operator’s approval step, not the moment money lands: after approval the provider’s clock starts, and a bank transfer through Inpay or Fixipay takes as long as the receiving bank takes. “Free” is the casino’s fee; the FAQ is explicit that “if you’re withdrawing money, you pay the fee the payment provider charges”. And 4,000 EUR is per transaction, so a balance worth 9,000 EUR is three requests, not one.
The fee that surprises people
Deposits cost nothing, because the operator says it covers “the recipient transaction costs” on the way in. Withdrawals are the reverse: the casino sends the money and the provider deducts its own charge. For Skrill and Neteller that is the wallet’s withdrawal fee to your bank; for crypto it is the network fee; for a card refund it is whatever your bank charges for an inbound transfer, often nothing. The bank-transfer rails, Inpay and Fixipay, are the ones to ask live chat about before you request, because their fee is not visible in the cashier.

The order that avoids a hold
On the SoftSwiss platform, the three reasons a withdrawal sits in “pending” are always the same, and Vegas Now’s own pages confirm two of them.
- Verification. The FAQ tells you to upload documents through the Documents tab in your profile and to watch their status there. Do this before the first withdrawal, not after; the sign-up and ID check page lists the documents.
- Wagering. A bonus balance cannot leave until its 40× is done and its seven-day clock has not run out. The welcome bonuses also cap cashout at 5,000 €/$, and welcome free spins at 300 €/$ of winnings. If a withdrawal request would breach the cap, the cashier refuses it or support trims it.
- Same method in, same method out. Casinos on this platform return money to the deposit source where the rail allows it. If you deposited with a Neosurf voucher, which cannot receive money, expect to be asked for a bank account or a wallet, and expect the documents check for that new destination.
What the maximums mean for a big win
The largest single request is 4,000 by bank or card and 2,500 by MiFinity. A bigger balance goes out in instalments, one request at a time, each with its own approval. The FAQ does not publish a daily or weekly cap on the payments page; the general terms may, and that document is a PDF specific to Australian players that we could not open from our location. Before a large request, ask live chat for the weekly and monthly limits in writing, and take a screenshot of the chat.
Timing you can expect, and what we have not measured
We have not run a withdrawal ourselves yet, so there is no “26 hours in our test” on this page. What the operator’s pages allow us to say: approval is marked instant; e-wallets and crypto are same-day rails once approved; cards and banks depend on the receiving bank, usually one to three business days for a card refund and one to five for a transfer. When we time a real run from an Australian connection, the clock times go here with the date. Until then, treat the table as the operator’s promise, not our measurement.
Withdrawals and the bonus you took
The review page sets out both first-deposit offers. The lines that touch withdrawals: bonus funds are for casino and live casino only, not sports; 40× applies to the bonus amount and to free-spin winnings; the bonus is active for seven days; maximum cashout from the first-deposit bonus is 5,000 €/$. If you took the VIP offer on a 500 €/$ deposit, that is 1,000 €/$ of bonus and 40,000 €/$ of turnover in a week before a withdrawal clears. Deciding whether to take a bonus at all is a withdrawal decision as much as a deposit decision, and the deposits page is where to make it.

Questions Australians ask about Vegas Now withdrawals
- How long does a Vegas Now withdrawal take?
- The payments table marks every withdrawal method as instant, meaning the operator’s approval step. After that the payment provider’s own time applies: e-wallets and crypto are usually same-day, cards and bank transfers depend on the bank. We have not yet timed one ourselves.
- What is the minimum withdrawal at Vegas Now?
- 20 in the operator’s base currency for Skrill, Neteller, MuchBetter, MiFinity and cards; 200 for bank transfer through Inpay or Fixipay; 0.0002 BTC or 20 USDT for crypto. The operator applies the currency equivalent in AUD.
- What is the maximum withdrawal at Vegas Now?
- 4,000 EUR per transaction on bank transfer, Skrill, Neteller, MuchBetter and cards, 2,500 on MiFinity, and per-coin caps on crypto such as 0.12 BTC or 4,000 USDT. Larger balances go out in several requests.
- Does Vegas Now charge withdrawal fees?
- The casino’s own fee column reads free, but the FAQ says you pay whatever fee the payment provider charges on the way out. On deposits the operator covers the cost.
- Can I withdraw bonus winnings?
- Only after the wagering is done, and up to the cap: the first-deposit bonuses have a 5,000 €/$ maximum cashout, and welcome free spins can pay at most 300 €/$. Bonus funds cannot be used on sports bets.
- Why is my withdrawal pending?
- The common reasons on this platform are an unverified account, bonus wagering not finished, or a method that differs from the deposit method. Upload documents through the profile’s Documents tab and ask live chat which of the three it is.
