The form
The FAQ describes registration in one sentence: click Join Now, fill in the form, click Sign Up, and “you will land at the deposit page immediately and a welcome letter will also be sent to the e-mail address you entered”. On the SoftSwiss platform that form asks for an email, a password, a currency and a country, then a second step for name, date of birth, address and phone. Choose Australian dollars as the currency if you intend to deposit by card or voucher; a wallet currency can be added later through My Account, Wallet, Add New, but the first one is the one the bonus is calculated in. The registration email arrives from the vegasnow.com domain, not from the numbered address you registered on, so check spam if it is missing.
One account, one person
The FAQ: “we allow one registration account per person to keep things fair”. This is the rule behind most voided bonuses on this platform. If you registered once before, even years ago and never deposited, do not register again; use the password reset described on the login help page instead. Household rules matter too: two accounts on one address with the same card tend to be treated as one person until documents prove otherwise.

The Documents tab
The FAQ’s instruction is short: “Upload all the necessary documents straight into your personal profile. Once you have signed in, go to the ‘Documents’ page to upload. Also, using this tab you can track documents status.” The operator does not list the documents on that page. From the same platform elsewhere, the standard set is:

Each upload gets a status in the tab: pending, approved or rejected with a reason. A rejection is usually a glare or a crop, not a problem with you; retake the photo in daylight on a plain surface.
The order that works
- Register, then open the Documents tab before the cashier. Upload ID and proof of address while the account is empty. The review then runs in the background.
- Deposit with the method you can withdraw to. The deposits page explains why a card or an e-wallet beats a voucher for a first deposit if you expect to take money out.
- Upload the payment-method photo after the first deposit, because the tab may not ask for it until a card exists on the account.
- Ask live chat to confirm “fully verified” before the first withdrawal. A one-line confirmation in chat is worth having in a screenshot.
Do it in this order and the first withdrawal on the withdrawals page has nothing to wait for except the provider’s own time.
Verification and the bonus
The welcome bonus terms on the review page do not mention documents, but the payout of bonus winnings does depend on them in practice: a withdrawal request on an unverified account stays pending, and the bonus’s seven-day clock does not stop while it waits.
